Gamma Beta Chi National service Fraternity, Inc. hereby proclaim that no chapter shall participate in hazing or any unlawful act as deemed inappropriate by the Fraternity's Order Constitution, Bylaw or by Law.  Further, the fraternity will not tolerate or condone any behavior that is not appropriate to the performance of the set mission and purpose of the fraternity.
